Shipping

Shipping is free for UK customers on all rugs (excluding rugs for mugs). The price for shipping for European or International customers is calculated at checkout. Shipping prices may vary due to the size and weight of the item(s) ordered. 

Lost or damaged items. 

Please read items descriptions carefully before purchase. Please don't hesitate to enquire further about a product, I would prefer that all your questions are answered before you make a purchase. If your item(s) are damaged beyond the description you can request a partial or full reimbursement for the item(s). 

Please ensure you inform us about your item(s) within the 14 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for the reimbursement. You will need to provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number/proof of purchase
• Images of the damaged item(s)
