• Where can I place my rug?

The rugs are not designed to be a working product like a door mat. They are lovingly designed to spend their lives as a work of art on your floor/wall. Please consider carefully where you plan to place your rug in your space before making a purchase. 

• How should I care for my rug?

All products will be provided with a 'how to care for' leaflet that details how best to look after your purchase. 

• Do you accept returns?

Please refer to our policy page which contains all the relevant information regarding shipping and returns.

• Do you do custom orders?

ABSOLUTELY! I've been fortunate enough to have been trusted with a number of custom orders, rugs, mirrors & wall hangings. Please feel free to drop me an email with any enquiries.
